After setting up the THP in every community We R uS will work with the farmers and fishermen in the respective communities to improve their productivity.

This program aims to introduce appropriate technology and other practices that will vastly improve the productivity of the small-scale farmers and fishermen in the communities. This effort will emphasize the deployment of intermediate and appropriate technology and improved cultural practices that will make it easier for them to increase the returns on their investment.

This program will also work with them to form cooperatives to undertake primary processing to add value to their products and increase their earnings. This program will include the sourcing of finance to enable the farmers and fisherfolk to acquire the tools, seedlings, labor, storage facilities, and marketing that will be needed for their business.

We R uS will additionally endeavor to create access to appropriate tools, small machinery, seedlings, fertilizers, insecticides, irrigation, as well as marketing tools within the respective districts,
